| Details | A CPD on paediatric TB management was held at Mpungu HCIII for clinical officers, nurses, lab staff, CHWs and facility managers. The session updated participants on national paediatric TB guidelines, diagnosis (including paucibacillary/extrapulmonary presentations, chest X ray and GeneXpert use), specimen collection techniques, child-friendly treatment regimens and dosing, TB/HIV co-management, contact tracing and preventive therapy for child contacts. Interactive case discussions, practical demonstrations, and group action planning strengthened facility workflows for screening, treatment, follow up and community linkage. Participants left with a simple action plan and commitments for follow-up mentorship.
