| Details | Advocacy with family planning champions means engaging with individuals who believe in the values and benefits of family planning and adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health (AYSRH) to actively support and promote family planning to others and help create a supportive family planning policy and social environment. This course helps participants to not only identify family planning and AYSRH champions but also provides guidance on how to most effectively leverage them to create an enabling environment for family planning uptake.
After taking this course, participants will be able to:
Use different methods for identifying and selecting champions
Identify different training materials to strengthen champions ability to discuss and advocate for family planning
Come up with a plan to keep them engaged and monitor their advocacy efforts |
