This module introduces the principles and practice of continuous quality improvement (CQI) in healthcare settings, with relevance to both military and civilian health facilities. It examines established QI frameworks, tools for identifying gaps in care delivery, and strategies for implementing sustainable improvements in clinical processes, patient safety, and health outcomes. Participants will explore practical approaches to building a culture of accountability and excellence within their institutions.
