About this activity

IRR stands for Identification, Retention and Response. The IRR approach aims to identify pregnant women at high risk early, retain them in appropriate antenatal and high-risk care, and ensure timely referral and management of complications. Uganda’s MNH-IRR collaborative specifically promotes risk assessment, high-risk clinics, referral/linkage, and tracking of pregnancy outcomes.
