About this activity
This lecture will cover VTE’s from clinical presentation until initiation of treatment, duration of therapy and the required patient follow up. Objectives Course Objectives 1. Early identification and initiation of thromboprophylaxis in patients at risk of VTE. 2. Correct choice of anticoagulant for different indications or scenarios. 3. Appropriate monitoring of patients on anticoagulant therapy.
