About this activity
This was an exercise organised as an inhouse mentorship exercise where senior staff were oriented in the performance management of staff. Covered Topics like performance planning, Performance Agreements, Performance Monitoring. and Performance review meetings. Facilitators included the Medical superintendent, Senior Doctors, and Senior hospital Administrator. this was a two day exercise in the Hospital Boardroom from 18th to 19th of September 2023.
