A mother who was gravida 4 para 3 + 0, 3 previous scars was identified at Kibito HCIV, through the high risk Clinic, mother was kept in Hospital being planned for Elective CS, but begun bleeding vaginally suddenly, she was refereed to the regional Hospital where she underwent an Emergency CS, developed PPH, Cardiac Arrest, but was resuscitated and a STAH done to save her life.
