About this activity
Quality of air, especially in indoor environments where people spend 80–95% of their lives is of significant health importance. Bioaerosols, mostly bacterial and fungal spores are actively living complex particles that have been associated with contamination of indoor air. Several species of microorganisms have been isolated across indoor environments in previous studies. An increase in bacterial antimicrobial resistance and emergence of new strains associated with academic research environments is a serious public health challenge and has become increasingly important in recent years. In an environment where inter-personal and research activities are so diverse, bacteria resistance to antimicrobials is a possibilityn
