Objectives; Neurocutaneous lesions GCS and modified GCS Neuro-critical care bundle; ICP monitoring with EVD, Euglycemia, Normovolemia, Normothermia, normotension, avoidance of hypo and hyperventilation. Cushing Triad of intracranial hypertension.
