About this activity
This session describes VTE prevention in the primary care setting. It aims to increase awareness of hospital-associated thrombosis and to enhance patient care before and after a hospital admission with respect to VTE prevention. It is designed for all primary healthcare workers, including GPs, nurses, health visitors, midwives and community pharmacists.
